Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here is where to find your Partial Rejuvenan Health Score (PHS) on an internet browser, as well as information on what your PHS and Rejuvenan Health Score (RHS) mean for you:

1. Once you've entered between 1-9 biomarkers, you will receive a Partial Health Score (PHS) in the middle of your biomarker wheel.
2. Once all 10 biomarkers are filled out, you will have a complete Rejuvenan Health Score.
3. Our Rejuvenan Health Score is calculated using a patented equation that gives each biomarker its own weight, based on hundreds of medical research studies.
