1. Open the Rejuvenan app on your smartphone.
2. Select the 'Care' tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select 'Consult now.'
4. Type in your reason for the consult, then select 'Create case.'
5. A chat box will appear. This is where you'll first be greeted by a medical assistant.
6. In the chat box, explain your reason for the consult.
7. Then wait for your physician to begin the appointment.
8. Your physician will ask if you'd like to video chat for the consult. Type, 'yes," into the chat box.
9. Click the 'Join Now' option.
10. If your phone prompts you to 'Allow Camera' and 'Allow Microphone,' be sure to click 'Allow.'
