How to Video Chat with Your Physician Using an Internet Browser

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to video chat with your physician when using an internet browser to log in to your Rejuvenan account:

1. Go to Rejuvenan.com and sign in to your account.
2. In the bottom right hand corner of your screen, click on the 'Consult Now' button.
3. Type in your reason for the consult and select 'Create Case.'
4. A medical assistant will greet you in the chat box.
5. Explain your reason for the consult in the chat box.
6. Then wait for your physician to begin your appointment.
7. Your physician will greet you in the chat box and ask if you'd like to conduct your visit vis video.
8. Type 'Yes' onto the chat box.
9. Click on the 'Join Now' button that appears.
10. If your browser prompts you to 'Allow Camera,' and 'Allow Microphone,' be sure to click 'Allow' so that you can video chat with your physician from your web browser.
