How To Join an Instagram Live From Your Smartphone

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to join an Instagram Live from your smartphone:

1. At the time of the Instagram live, open up the Instagram app on your phone and go to Rejuvenan's profile which is @rejuvenanhealth.
2. Rejuvenan's profile image along with a colorful ring and the word LIVE will pop up at the top of the screen.
3. Tap on the profile photo to view Rejuvenan's live stream.
4. While viewing the live videos you can leave comments, reactions, and questions towards the bottom by typing and clicking "send".
5. Tapping the heart will “like” the video.
