How to Schedule a Doctor's Visit Using a Web Browser

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to schedule a doctor’s visit using an internet browser:

1. Sign in to your account at rejuvenan.com.
2. Click "schedule a consult" at the right side of the screen.
3.  You’ll be prompted to choose from our list of services, which include Medical Visit, Mental Health Support, Wellness Visit, Nutrition Visit, or Coronavirus Assessment.
4. If you’d like a medical visit, click the medical Visit box.
5. Here, select the date you would like for your appointment.
6. Next, select a time that works best for you.
7. Click "confirm," which will show you a summary of your request.
8. If you’d like a text reminder, enter your phone number.
9. Finally, click "schedule event."
