How to Schedule a Doctor's Visit on Mobile App

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to schedule a doctor's visit from your smartphone:

1. After opening the Rejuvenan app, click on the "care" tab and choose "Schedule a Consult."
2. Services that you will see include Medical visit, Mental Health Support, Wellness Visit, Nutrition Visit, and Coronavirus Assessment.
3. To schedule a doctor’s visit, choose the option "Medical Visit."
4. After selecting, you can book your appointment by filling in your preferred date and time.
5. A summary screen of your appointment will appear.
6. For a text reminder, you can enter in your phone number at the bottom of the screen.
7. Finally, click “schedule event”.
