How To Schedule an Initial Wellness Visit from a Web Browser

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to schedule an Initial Wellness Visit from your internet browse:

1. Log onto your account at Rejuvenan.com.
2. From here, click on "Schedule a Consult" from the right side of your screen.
3. You’ll be prompted to choose from our list of services, such as Medical Visit, Mental Health Support, Wellness Visit, Nutrition Visit, or Coronavirus Assessment.
4. If you’d like a wellness visit, click the Wellness Visit box.
5. Select your preferred date and time and click "confirm."
6. It will bring you to this screen with a summary of your request.
7. If you’d like a text reminder, enter your phone number.
8. Finally, click "schedule event."
