How to Find Rejuvenan Fitness Content on Mobile App

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to find our workouts and fitness classes using your smartphone:

1. After opening the Rejuvenan app, click the 'Library' tab at the bottom of your screen.
2. Here, you'll see a library of our health and wellness content.
3. There are a few different ways to find fitness content in our library. One way is by typing "fitness" into the search bar.
4. Another is to refine your search within the videos by selecting “fitness” from the drop down menu.
5. You can also type the name of one of our fitness instructors or programs into the search bar.
