How to Schedule a Coronavirus Assessment on Mobile App

Welcome to Rejuvenan! Here's how to schedule your Coronavirus Assessment with a doctor from your smartphone:

1. After opening the Rejuvenan app, click on the "care" tab and choose "Schedule a Consult."
2. Services that you will see include Medical Visit, Mental Health Support, Wellness Visit, Nutrition Visit, and Coronavirus Assessment.
3. For the Coronavirus Assessment, choose the last option.
4. After selecting, you can book your appointment by filling in your preferred date and time.
5. A summary screen of your appointment will appear.
6. For a text reminder, you can enter in your phone number at the bottom.
7. Finally, click “schedule event."
