How do I prepare for my Initial Wellness Visit?

Visit the Rejuvenan site and familiarize yourself with the biomarkers that calculate the Rejuvenan Health Score.  If you are able to, you can answer as many as you can before your initial wellness visit.  But don’t worry, our providers will help answer questions during your visit.

Please keep a list of your medications ready to share with your provider.  You can also collect contact information for your primary doctor or your preferred pharmacy.  You can even type these into the chat window before the appointment begins!
