Initial Wellness Visit - What to Expect

Preparing for your Visit: 

Visit the Rejuvenan site and familiarize yourself with the biomarkers that calculate the Rejuvenan Health Score.  If you are able to, you can answer as many as you can before your initial wellness visit. But don’t worry, our providers will help answer questions during your visit

Please keep a list of your medications ready to share with your provider.  You can also collect contact information for your primary doctor or your preferred pharmacy.  You can even type these into the chat window before the appointment begins!

Your initial wellness visit will last approximately 15 minutes.  During which our medical providers will review: 

1. Your medical history, medications, and allergies
2. Your Rejuvenan biomarkers and help answer any questions
3. Our provider will also open a video call with you to show you the process and to meet in person!
